Shipping & Returns


All domestic packages are shipped via UPS or USPS. All International shipments ship via USPS Airmail.

Orders will ship the same day if received before our shipping pick up time. On-line orders will also ship on the same day ordered or the next business day. On a rare occasion when an item is out of stock or your shipment is going to be delayed, you will be notified via email and/or phone of the delay.

To prevent shipping delays, please verify your order information and shipping information are correct prior to finalizing your order.Be aware UPS requires a street address and can not ship to a Post Office Box. If you have any doubt that your order was processed please call us during our business hours 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST Monday - Friday to verify your order or it's status.

Delivery times vary by location. Times and Days are estimates and delivery is contingent on UPS or USPS deliver routes and schedules. If you have not received your package within the time it was estimated, we recommend you contact us and we will check your shipping status. Payments will be processed with our merchant processor only after your product has been shipped.
